By accessing or using the JOHORA mobile application and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JOHORA, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
- You must register an account using a valid Saudi phone number (+966).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Services
JOHORA is a platform that connects customers with independent car wash service providers ("Washers"). We offer:
- Exterior car wash services
- Interior car cleaning services
- Waxing and polishing services
- Service packages and saving packs
- Gift voucher services
Service availability may vary based on location, time, and washer availability.
5. Bookings
- All bookings are subject to washer availability and confirmation.
- You must provide an accurate service location accessible to the washer.
- You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.
- JOHORA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 60 minutes before the scheduled time are free of charge.
- Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows (failure to make the vehicle available) may be charged the full service amount.
- JOHORA reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy with prior notice.
7. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking confirmation is the price you will be charged.
- Payment can be made through the supported payment methods available in the app.
- Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their specific terms and conditions.
8. Saving Packs
- Saving packs are non-refundable once purchased unless required by applicable law.
- Saving packs have an expiry date as specified at the time of purchase.
- Unused washes in expired saving packs are forfeited.
- Saving packs are non-transferable unless sent as a gift through the app.
9. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen voucher codes cannot be replaced.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten washers or other users.
- Provide false information or impersonate others.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission.
11. Ratings and Reviews
- You may rate and review services after completion.
- Reviews must be honest, respectful, and based on your actual experience.
- JOHORA reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or community guidelines.
12. Intellectual Property
The JOHORA name, logo, app design, and all related content are the intellectual property of JOHORA. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
13. Limitation of Liability
- JOHORA acts as a platform connecting customers with independent washers. We are not liable for the quality of services provided by washers beyond our platform guarantees.
- JOHORA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JOHORA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
16. Modifications
JOHORA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
17. Termination
JOHORA may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
